rewarding myself ;)

Since this day marks the end of my semester and the beginning of my tambay life, i decided to celebrate at nail-a-holics SM Taytay Branch. :) I was going to post a link to their website but it isn't working at the moment. Anyway, I had the most awesome pampering experience. Its my first time to avail of their services and I instantly fell in love with their place and their people and the smell. that oh so magical smell that instantly put me into an irreversible love spell.

There I met Anna. She wasnt any taller than me so she's probably easy to spot. :) I had the juvenile coral foot spa and i-forgot-what-its-called hand spa. I spent around 900 because I asked for an extension service (it was soooo good I couldnt resist) anyway I think Anna was the most adorable person ever because she's not very talkative and nosey if you know what I mean. And she gave me the best foot and hand massage I've ever had (if you really know me, you would know that I cant survive a week without a footspa. I really reallly know that she's awesome!)

To summarize the whole service, I  got to choose the best seat (for me lang ofcourse) then had my feet soaked in bubbly relaxing aroma, then had the hard parts of my feet softened out with a foot file (which was not painful at all. katickle actually), followed by a scub which was a mixture of eucalyptus oil (which gives the clean and fresh smell. I heard its also one of the best detoxifying massage oil used by spas) and sea salt (exfoliant and softener at the same time!) and the massage (i forgot to ask what cream they were using but right now as I type, I'm still addicted to the smell of my hands and feet) By the way, the service I got was upto the knee and for the hand spa, they did it on my whole arm. If you want the same service, you have to add 200.

So there it might cost you a little more than what is usually spent for these services but its definitely worth it specially when you're having a bad day or  you just find the need to reward yourself. or a part of your life has come to an end and you suddenly feel mixed emotions because of it (like in my case, college life is now over)
